"They Were The Ones Who Gave Up On Life"

The first thing I wan to say today is that my intent here is not to create cynicism and skepticism and/or add to these practices. We already have enough of that in this world.

I believe that half the job of solving a problem is to figure out what the problem is in the first place.

Therefore, I want to shine the light on the issue and encourage people to get involved in solving the problem.

I will give God a great recognition for one of His greatest creations; life.

God only you could create with so much love and not one of us deserves your mercy, but because of your grace, there is hope for all of us. Thank you for all you do for every one of us.

My heart fills with tears of joy and sadness when I think of the present condition of human life.

I once worked as a security guard in a hospital. I would tell people “here you will the emotional spectrum from one extreme to another”. In the same minute, I would see people ecstatic about the new life in their lives (a newborn) and people completely devastated because of the love one they just lost.

Today, I see the same. Everyday I see people dancing with joy and people completely beat up and torn up by life. To the people struggling I want to tell “man get up and fight cause down there on the ground you are not going to accomplish anything”.

Sometimes, when we are having a bad time, the last thing we want to hear is that we are going to have to solve it our selves.

In addition, yes I do believe we have created a cruel heartless world. When mother Teresa left the world, I was asked what I thought would happen to the people of the world. I honestly did not think we would get to this level of inhumanity towards man.

If I had all the money in the world, I would help every one. I used to justify my lack of involvement by saying “they will just buy drugs or liquor”. I have worked in security and seen people, who beg for money, do just that. Then I read in the Bible that if some one asks you for something do not be concerned why they need it. I am paraphrasing.

To me God says just help. Moreover, I know that we all got something we can give; our time, a smile, a hug, some words or encouragement, maybe even $1.08 for a chicken sandwich from McDonalds.

Moreover, on my last semester I had to write a research paper on the divinity of Jesus Christ. Was he God or not?

In one of the papers, I was reviewing the writer offered this observation. “Jesus Christ came to earth to prove once and for all that life does matter”.

Life does matter. For myself I am not ready to let the dregs of humanity have life. I may be one person and evil people could run me over like a bulldozer, but I plan to fight for God’s great creation until I expel my last breath.

I do not have all the money in the world. In addition, I know what is to happen to this world. The bible says God will clean it of its cancer (sin) in order for Christian believers to live in it for eternity.

I know this offends many people, but if you could only see the loving and beautiful image God sees when He thinks of a world with no death, hate, pain, or illness, you may just want to help Him save people.

Remember we will all die. I hope we are not the generation that people will point to and say, “ They are the ones who gave up on life”.
