Does this guy actually think we are this stupid?

This question comes about from hearing the troubles Terrell Owens is going through and his attempt at explaining it in a manner that covers up an obvious distressed soul.

Mr. Owens we live in a society were grade school students know that vitamin supplements can not react with pain killers in a manner that would jeopardize a person’s life.

The mere fact that you would try to use this supposed reaction as an excuse shows what little opinion you have of the public.

In addition, the general rule when dealing with distressed people who may be a danger to them selves is to not become confrontational with these individuals.

Therefore, my intent is not to make whatever you may be going through any worse. In fact, I am sure you will never read it.

However, for the person who may read it, you are the only one in charge of your life. Therefore, you are the only one that can take the necessary steps to deal with any hardship and uncontrollable emotions.

From personal experience, I can tell you that when we are in the heat of the pain we honestly believe that there is no way there is a way out.

I can tell you that there is a way out. With time, your high emotions can lower. In fact, if you give your self the chance you can find a time of peace and tranquility.

It is mistake to let immediate circumstances affect the rest of your life. Nothing good can come from obsessing on the bad and talking our selves in to hopelessness.

I know that it is best to accept reality and find professional help if we honestly believe that we cannot deal with some of the demands of life.

In closing, none of us can honestly say that we really know what tomorrow has in store for us.

It just might be a good day where you are grateful to be alive.

I doubt that T.O. himself decided what was going to be said at the press conference. I am sure that the cowboys PR machine went into high gear to try to minimize whatever happened last night. We'll never know what the real story is.

Note also, that supplements don't necessarily mean your run of the mill multivitamin. They're generally just those things that exist outside of the FDA's net, and can include substances that have significant effects on hormonal levels, which, technically could cause an adverse reaction to another medicine.

I'm not saying that I buy the official story, just saying.

Also, in a clinical depression, all the good in your life can be for naught. I forget who it was, maybe Bill Parcells, but just after winning a SuperBowl, at the high point of his life, he found himself riddled with self-doubt and a desire to basically just hide away. I remember my father telling me this story as I was recognizing my own depression in the latter half of my first year in college.

It's difficult to care about the things that are worth considering at that point. Plus it's usually one of those things that creeps in so slowly that you don't even notice that it's there. The behavior actually ends up seeming normal.

No that is not how depression works. It is serious problem with many dymanics. However, these dymanics are understood and the point I was trying to make is that we always have control of our thoughts, emotions, and even some bio-responses. (We dont have to entertain lustful ideas that may lead to sexual action.

The point I was trying to make is that when we need help mental or other wise we should get it
My other point was that many times we are our own worst emenies and make things worst with our attitudes and behaviors, which we are always in charge of.

Real therapy begins when we recognize the problem and are prepared to put in some work to make things better.

Mr. T.O.'s refusal to accept, what I believe has to be a great problem, because of his greater interest in his 25million I think is a great tragedy considering he has the money for therapy and he has his own abilites to relly on.

I think he has chosen to ignore the problem and try to play us for fools saying vitamins interacted with pain killers and caused his medical enregency.

I for one am not that gollable.

TO is an interesting character. When he first came up with the 49ers he was a shy kid. When he caught a game winning touchdown from Steve Young, he was balling in tears for finally making it. But it seems that was his downfall. After that he started doing the celebrations on the Dallas star, the sharpie and pom pom's. Then he got traded and he said Jeff Garcia was gay. Then drama in Philly and Dallas.

Supposedly TO admitted he was picked on as a kid. Seems like he's making up for lost time by being the center of attention.
