I found a flaw I hope gets fixed.

Well I heard the radio interview between Fred Thompson and Laura Igraham. I was not impressed. However let me tell you that yesterday on the news that PBS runs I heard Thompson say that he loves America and believes she needs good leadership, implying that he would be this good leadership.

That was a good part. However, today in the interview with Ms. Ingraham I heard him respond if we keep going the same way we are going we are not going to win the war on terror and that we need other countries. In addition, he added that it matters what other countries think of us.

This statements I paraphrased got my attention because they sounded like anti-Bush rhetoric. Now, Mr. Thompson may be the best chance we have of retaking the White House and some republicans may be able to ride his coattails in to congress.

However, we are not in a bad place in the international Public Relations game. Germany, and France now have pro-American leadership. Britian's new leadership is also pro-American. North Korea has come around and stopping its nuclear program. Australia, Japan, Italy, and the easten Europeen countries are still backing the US.

If Bush had made so many mistakes, would so many countries be trying to improve relations with the US.

I hope Mr. Thompson does not think that we are all a bucnh of hicks that cannot see a slick politician coming down the street when we see one.

In addition, Bush has served this country very well. For me the road to the White House is not through Bush's grave. Any one who thinks America is in an economic crissis, Bush has missmanaged the war on terror, and goes about to spewing what looks and sounds like demo rhetoric to me does not a good graspe of the facts and I cannot support.

I know it is early. Moreover, I am willing to give Mr. Thompson the time to sharpen his message. However, if he ever comes out on an anti-Bush platform, that will tbe the end for me.

The issues America is facing presently are to serious to be playig politices with them. To me, anyone playing politics really does not get it.

Funny, the majority of the rest of the nation is NOT pro-Bush. And you, for all your rhetoric, change positions more than a porn star!

First, you're virulently anti-illegal immigration (ironic, since you are nothing more than a former illegal who was legalized), now you insist that George Bush, whose immigration policies you oppose, is the savior of all mankind. Do me a favor, man and do an exhaust check on your cab. The fumes are getting to you!

to gideon when people have nothing to say they resort to personal attacks, which just shows the person to be an empty vessel.

In addition, the country does not hate Bush. He has many supporters. The liberal news media, vile democrats, and turn coat republicans may dissagree. However, they are not the entire country.

You haven't even SEEN a personal attack from me. You're not worth the effort.

Ah, so when Republicans don't agree with their dictator, they're "turncoats"? Nice to see so little respect for democracy.

Actually, the majority of the country DOES disagree with Bush. But keep living in your fantasy world, Jesus.

I don't know who's going to get my vote yet. I'm a conservative, and the candidate's pro-life stance comes first and foremost. I figure if the candidate understands that unalienable right, then the rest will somehow fall into place.

I like Laura I. and try to keep an ear on her program. I missed this interview but saw the one of Thompson with Hannity.

I'm wondering did Thompson get into any specifics on our 'needing other countries' to win the war on terror, (becasue to me that's a no-brainer; besides which I think there will always be a "war on terror", just as there is a war on poverty, etc. ) and also did he say specifically how it matters what other countries think of us.

I wouldn't condemn him or count him out on just those statements general as they are.

As far as anti-Bush rhetoric, I haven't heard any one of the candidates really praise Pres. Bush; plenty of accolade to Ronald Reagan, but not GWBush. They are distancing themselves from him becasue they know he's become more unpopular with even his own base, of which I'm one. He's not acted truly conservative especially in the areas of expanding the federal government and his stance on illegal 'amnesty', and particularly with his effort for a North American Union.

Giddeon and what do you call this "Do me a favor, man and do an exhaust check on your cab. The fumes are getting to you!" What is the matter on top of being an empty head you are also blind.

Lula Bush has not done anything to promote a North American Union. It matters what other countries think of us is code for crtics of Bush who think his handling the war on terrror has cost America on her prestige. However, all this countries such as France and Germany now have leadership that is very pro American.

Therefore, I ask againif Bush put off nations because of his acts why are they all now trying to cosy up to Bush. Even Putin came to Bush's ranch, smiling, and trying to show he was a friend of America.

If the rhetoric that Bush has upset nations by his actions is correct wouldn't they be trying to distance them selves from America?

THAT constitutes a personal attack? Oh, Jesus, you're far too sensitive. Irritability IS yet another symptom of carbon monoxide poisoning, you know

On what basis do you make this claim?

Your saying this implies that you don't know what the NAU is. Is this the case?
