Laura Ingraham, James Dobson, etc.

Again, there is a lot going on. The week started with news obsessed over Romney and Giuliani accusing each other of not been tax cutters. There is evidence that both of these two are not being completely honest about their record on cutting taxes.

Then, the big news was how Thompson had not made much gain in polls after his first debate appearance. I was wondering also were the Thompson steamroller is in this presidential campaign.

However, today Thompson is seen attacking the other candidates’ true conservative nature. Which leads to my next point. I was looking through the regular websites I research. One of these pages is Focus on the Family.

At this website I heard James Dobson explain his comments on a third party possibility. Let me say that Mr. Dobson is a major statesman in the Christian community. He is revered and respected.

Today, as I was listening to Laura Ingraham I heard her say the same. At this time I realized that the person who is revered and respected is the person Mr. Dobson works for, Jesus Christ.

This is why I can respect Mr. Dobson saying he will not vote for any person who does not respect life or the sanctity of marriage. He is a private person and lives in a country were he has the right to his opinion.

On the issue of abortion I am right with Mr. Dobson and Christ. On the issue of gay marriage I offer the opinion that we make things bigger than they really are when we pay things more attention than they deserve.

I am not afraid of homosexuals and lesbians marrying. Every single one of us is going to have to atone for our sins to Christ. Therefore, I would not condemn Thompson for not supporting the Constitutional Marriage Amendment.

Giuliani’s support for abortion I do consider a great problem. In addition, I think it has the potential of loosing the election for the republicans.

Laura Ingraham is upset that Giuliani has gone to visit president Bush. It appears she believes that Bush is going to pass the mantel on to Giuliani.

If this thought of Ingraham is correct, I cannot see why Bush would take this action. I believe Bush to be a sincere Christian and a warrior for life. I just do not see how Bush would support a person who is obviously on the side of “abortion rights”.

In fact listening to Mr. Dobson being interviewed by Ingraham I found out how extensive the case against Giuliani is in his support for abortion.

Moreover, Thompson has accused Giuliani of being a liberal for a very long time. The facts support this reality.

Therefore, here the American conservative voters find him or her self. A year before the vote the conservatives have no true leader and it looks like things are about to come apart for the conservatives.

I do believe choosing some one not respectful of the Christian conservatives is the kiss of death for the republicans.

In addition, insider power politics will not work this time around. The voter is awake and paying attention. The republican political machine cannot take over the process of choosing a nominee and getting him elected.

The issues are abortion, gay marriage, immigration, religious freedom, crime/punishment, and a candidate of good moral character for the Christians.

Moreover, again I tell you that you will not get Christians to betray Christ. To us supporting a candidate who supports abortion is betraying Christ.
