Thompson may put Guiliani and Ronmey on the spot.
Published on October 24, 2007 By jesseledesma In Politics
My first comment today will be on a BLOG essay written by a Joeuser writer called Moderateman and titled "The Religious Right Makes me sick!
They will hand Hillary the Presidency".

Sir, you ovbiously do not believe in the Constitutional right of religious expression. No Christian told Guiliani to support Abortion. In my opinion, Guiliani's double speak on the issue of abortion is very evident. I do not trust him to do anything of what he says.

In addition, you can see that in my speaking on the opinion of Christians towards supporters of abortion I maintained a calm tone and did not resort to personal attacks. Christians as well as you have the right to their opinions and actions.

Moreover, if Guiliani looses to Hillary it will be because of his interest in political correctness, instead or principles.

Now, I will speak on some of what Mr. Thompson has been up to in his campaign. So far this week, on the conservative talk shows the last republican debate, immigration, Iraq, and other stuff not worth mentioning has been discussed by the host and their guests.

As you probably already know Mr. Thompson has issued a policy paper on immigration. Now, this may help put Ronmey and Guiliani on the spot. Ronmey for allowing sanctuary cities in a state he was mayor. I say not doing anything to stop it is the same as facilitating it.

Guiliani has to explain why he choose an action that in my opinion encourages people to enter America illegally. It is a good point to be concerned about people becoming victims of crime because they are afraid of being deported.

However, wouldn't the fear of crime and deportation contribute to self-deportation, which is the goal most of us are all striving for in this complicated issue. Entering the country without permission, lying to get soical services, and criminal behavior are all crimes.

I did not ask them to come. Howvever, I am paying taxes to facilitate their lives. I wonder if I would be welcome as an immigrant in any of their countries.

Furthermore, I say it is immoral to know that a law is being broken and notdo anything. That is why immigration is a moral issue for me. It is desrespectful of people of other countries not to respect the laws of the U.S.

For many decades people have seen the illegal immigration problem grow and have not done anything. Now it is time to stand up just for the sake of supporting the concept of law enforcement.

To me it is simple. If a law exist it should be enforeced. What does it say about us, if we know about criminal behavior but do not act?

I say it brings in to question our complete integrity. Laws exist for the peace of the members in society. In addition, we are all responsible for this peace. If we cannot support and enforce one law, how can we demand that any law be enforced in society?

America is great. She still has many great years ahead of her. In addition, for her future to be appealing and enjoyable all laws have to be enforced, including immigration laws.

Zoo, you have way too much time on your hands. Do your homework.

Jesseledesma, I don't really know you, but I ask you this: It's all fine and dandy to be against illegal immigration, but what solution do you have? How can America be the "land of opportunity" and still filter through the people that "we" don't want in the country? When you have a solution, you can vent some more.

It's all done.   Well...I should study...but I have all day tomorrow to do that.

Shut up and go the hell home, Jesus. You were once an illegal immigrant, too.

Your stance against them is completely disingenuous and hypocritical.

Dickwad.

What, Jesse's? No, really, we don't, but he persists in posting this tripe.

Pay attention, terp - he WAS an illegal immigrant, but consistently bags on those who've done the same thing he's done.

How is declaring his hypocrisy ignorance on my part? Sounds like the ignorant one to the situation is yourself.

If by ignorance you mean righteous anger, then yes...yes we do.

SC is right on the money.

Jesus HATES Mexicans, particularly illegals, when he came here as an illegal himself. If Jesus really had a problem with illegals, he would get his ass back across the border and stay there!

cool. i'm pretty impressed by him hopping into a pickup truck on the other side of the block from where he's scheduled to speak so as to be able to arrive in said vehicle and fool the locals.

issued maybe. i wanna know who he paid to write it. dunno why he's expending all that energy pretending to run for president when we all know he's gotta great career waiting for him (shilling for national medical supplies 'test your blood sugar and test it often') the day wilfred brimley keels over from terminal entropy.

he WAS an illegal immigrant,

he still seems to have some issues there. according to lw, he ain't eligible to vote...but prolly does anyway (maybe as much outta unrestrained impulsive obsession as deliberate criminal intent).

Jesus Lopez-Ledesema is still an illegal immigrant.

Even better, man. Even better.

Now, terp, you know why I shit on everything this f*cktard writes.

I think not much is requirred to show how ignorant a person is in life. Most of the critics here missed the point and showed their ignorance in less than three sentences. One day I hope to see real intelligent dialouge by people with a little bit of decorum.

As for my solution for illegal immigration, it is build the wall, kick them (illegals) all out, and never let them back in to this country.

America is a sovreign nation and should have her borders respected. All those supposed sad stories that came here and are going to experience harship when they are thrown out have brought it about them selves.

They have their own country. Why don't they make their investment there? Could it be cause they have allowed their own country to be ruled by drug dealers and corrupt business people and corrupt politicians?

In addition, now they want to come here and turn America into a garbage can just like they have their own country. I think many real Americans may difer with their intentions.

You notice how he did not deny, anyone?

If he wasn't illegal himself, he'd say "I'm not huggin' illegal, guys, here's proof". Instead, he insists on hiding behind his fallacious arguments (that hold no water).

Jesse: When you merit real, intelligent "dialogue" (helps if you spell it right, although in American english it's dialog), you'll get it.

Thus far, all you've ever merited is derision - whish you are decidedly given in plenty.

Assface.

PS: Yeah, let's build the wall and get Jesus the HELL OUTTA OUR COUNTRY, since he's so convinced the rest of them belong there.

The point is, you're a flaming hypocrite, Jesus. You're willing to sell out your fellow illegals so that attention doesn't get drawn to you. You, in my opinion, should be one of the first across the border, with copies of your blogs posted en espanol all over Mexico so that you get your ass kicked by your countrymen.

If I ever find myself in El Paso for some reason, you can bet your butt I won't be taking the taxi!
