a simple overview of what is going to happen
I have not been in the mood to write. However, I am foricng myself to make an entry once a day.
The spiritual stuff is still very bad. I have been in a serious depression. I got back to work. However, I still have no guidance or direction.
I do know that today I have on my mind to clarify some spiritual issues for people.
First of all God is a kind God. However, He has set standards to adhere to and when the time comes He will make all His decicions according ot these standards.
The important standard is to recognize Him as the creator of everything and the center of our own personal universe.
Second, there is no other God other than the God of the Jews which is the same God as the God of the Christians.
Third, Jesus Christ is a real person who came to earth, died on the cross for all our sins, rose from the dead, and now waits in heaven to revisit earth again.
Before Christ comes back to earth he is going to collect his people in the clouds.
Only, accepting Jesus Christ as the true benefactor of salvation from our sin is going to get us to heaven.
All that is requirred is to recognize that you are sinner, recognize Jesus Christ as your lord and savior, and ask for forgiveness of your sins.
Recognizing Jesus Christ as your lord and savior means that you are aware that Jesus Christ died so our sins could forgiven and that we must live lives according to his teachings of Christ.
Furthermore, Jesus Christ is going to return and fulfill promised prophecy.
In this promise those who have made a commitment to Christ will be able to go to heaven.
Here are the stages:
Jesus Christ comes and is reunited with his people in the clouds. At this time the ones that have lived pure lives are united with Christ and judged, not for sin, but for how they have served God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and humanity. The end result of this judgement is different rewards, not punishment.
Then there is a period of tribulation for those left on earth. The last 3 1/2 years will be most intense part of this time. During this time people will be able to be saved.
At the end of the seven years, Jesus Chirst comes to earth to set up his kingdom. This will be a period of 1000 years.
In this period there will be a war between Jesus Christ and the Anti-Christ and the anti-christ warriors. Christ will win.
The end result of this period is that those people who recognize Jesus Chrsit as lord will be saved and united with Christ and those that were united with him in the clouds.
The devil, his demonds, all those people who failed to live according to God's wishes will be judged and sent into the lake of fire for eternity.
People who died in the past will be awaken and present day sinners at that time will be sent in to the lake of fire.
Therefore, do not think that because you consider yourself a nice person God is going to cut you some slack.
All habitual sinners whether Christian or not who do not repent and live acccording Jesus Christ example are headed to the firey inferno for eternity.
