A Message of Hope

Identifying the problem is always a good step towards resolving the problem. In addition, being nice to our selves is also necessary. The majority of what we go through is the result of what we put ourselves through.
We are the ones that put ourselves down and criticize ourselves harshly. Imagine what those continuous negative thoughts are doing to your spirit.
Therefore, the message of hope is that we can always start taking care of ourselves. Why spend time beating up on your self. There is not anything wrong with you.
You are like all people who want a life where their kind and decent self came be comfortable with their life.
We do have to be aware that we have been bombarded with pristine pretty and perfect messages for a long time. Some of our discontent may be do to our effort to achieve some perfect utopia that has been inscribed in our brains.
Life is not that difficult. I think we should be free of conflict, enjoy what we have, and have people around us to love. This last point may be the hardest one to accomplish.
For years we separated our selves from people that we wouldn’t even know where to began.
Of course, I know that many of you have people in your lives yet you still feel unfulfilled. Well God created every one for a purpose. Even though we may not feel God anymore, He still exists.
It may not be a bad idea to have a sincere conversation with Him.
However, since I do not believe that being away from God destines us to a miserable life, I will keep writing. There is so much out there.
We just have to wake up and recognize our real selves. I wonder how many people are willing to accept that they are phonies, living unreal lives.
If we are just suppose to be, without having to pretend to be special and we spend our time walking around like we are in Hollywood movie, then how can we say we are real.
Who can know every thing? I think we know how to do enough to keep from having to deal with people. In addition, we know enough to keep us from dealing with life.
However, today we can say enough is enough and give our selves a break. Life may not be a blockbuster but we have food to eat, shelter, means to pay bills, friends, and hopefully a spouse to torture.
The rest is feeling comfortable with what we have.
