Shame on Obama for sending his operatives out to make the Georgian-Russian crisis about election year politics.  Albrite, Pelosi, and Carville have been accusing Bush of mismanagement which has resulted in Russia attacking Georgia.

Russia-as a democracy-has been deteriorating for a long time.  Putin had his political rival put in jail.  He put his own man in to the presidency.  This president named Putin as prime minister.  In addition, Putin has been taking over private industry.

Through out all of this Bush has been very stern about his chastisements of Putin’s actions. Every time Putin acted, Bush pronounced his disapproval.  Putin’s response has been “America has one type of democracy and Russia has another”.

I find it interesting that the people-Obama, Pelosi, and Reed- who are always yelling at Bush for sticking America’s nose were it does no belong are now criticizing the president for acting with caution.  Just cause the president is not seen does not mean he is not working.  On Georgia, he has been very involved.

However, Bush does not control the actions of the Russian leadership.  The Russian people should control their government.  However, they have chosen to stay quiet while their country re-evolves to communism.

Furthermore, the people who have given the false impression of a weak America are Obama and company who have been deliberately sabotaging Bush for the sake of politics.  Putin sees the news of Pelosi, Obama, and Reed speaking with squeaky petrified voices, fearing being dragged in to war.  It is no wonder Putin thinks America is weak.  Almost everyday Obama and company speak with the voices of weak children.

President speaks with the voice of strength.  There is no confusion about his  views or his possible actions.  People speaking with the “please don’t hurt me” voice as they coward behind their desk have made America appear weak.

This impression is false.  I and many more would follow Bush in to the battlefield against Russia.  In addition, Americans can always stop doing business with Russia and the American military is the best there is in the world.

Therefore, America is not weak.  The impression one gets from the rhetoric from liberals like Obama is not the complete picture of America. There are more conservatives than liberals in America.  Most people know you have to protect what you have.

Moreover, there are many willing to die for principle.  Russia does not have a free passage to do what she wants.  Bush can very easily get this nation ready for war with Russia.  Many will die.  However, justice and decency will be defended.

What???  How exactly is Bush going to get this nation ready for war with Russia, where is he going to find the troops?  We are so tied up in Iraq right now we simply can't support another war with anyone, Iran, NK, or Russia and the world knows it.  Why do you think Iran keeps thumbing their nose at us, because they know that there really isn't anything that we can do about it.

I'm not saying that we should sit idely by while Russia does what it was doing, but to claim that we can get ready for war at any time is just not true.  And for the record we have started to reassess our ties with Russia, Gates has already called off numerous military exercises that we were supposed to be doing with Russia in the coming weeks.  The way to approach this for now is diplomatically.

This article should be renamed 'The Audacity of an Illegal Alien complaining about American politics.'Go home, Jesus-Lopez-Ledesma. Before I make a call to ICE on you.

That's rather unfair.  How do you know this person is an illegal alien?  They could be a legal immigrant or a natural born citizen.  Hell they could be writting the article from outside the US.

I should let Whip tell you, but we all know that Jesus Lopez-Ledesma is an illegal alien who votes, knows nothing about politics, and is nuts off his ********* rocker.  So yeah, she knows as fact.  Whip doesn't accuse people falsely.  Even when she hates you, she'll only mock true stuff.  She doesn't make stuff up.

Ah. the good old drums of war! Actually, it's McCain who's doing the drumming. Bush & Rice have been surprisingly diplomatic.
