You have to have the sense that something is wrong in the Land of Oz.  Obama is falling behind McCain in the polls and on MSN.com was a  news stories about hypocrites with Limbaugh named as the biggest hypocrite.  What earned Mr. Limbaugh this honor?  Well supposedly Mr. Limbaugh at once spoke about harsh punishment and prosecution for drug users.  Then Mr. Limbaugh found himself facing illegal drug charges and used his full legal power to fight “persecution”.

That has to show you how bad liberals are at trying to win.  Mr. Limbaugh said “they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up…” or something to that effect.  Mr. Limbaugh was accused and prosecuted.  The legal authority in charge of the case could not make their case and ended up making a deal with Mr. Limbaugh.  For Mr. Limbaugh to of been a hypocrite in this matter, He would of had to been in charge of investigating himself and failed to charge and prosecute him self.  You cannot call a person a hypocrite unless they interfere in the process.  Protecting your self from prosecution is not interfering.  It is exercising your rights.  Again Mr. Limbaugh said people violating the law should be accused, convicted, and sent up.  He was accused, giving a plea deal, and not sent up.  Not because he failed to prosecute himself, just because the prosecutors couldn’t make their case.  I am wondering why this legal authority couldn’t make their case.

However, there is no greater famous personality out there thrashing Obama then Mr. Limbaugh and now that Mr. Obama is loosing big his liberal friends at MSN.com and else were want to discredit his critics.  After the forum at Rick Warrens church, the liberals accused McCain of cheating for having been so prepared.  It couldn’t be that Mr. McCain has always had the beliefs he spoke of at the forum?  Nope.  How could a person alive for 72 years possibly know his own beliefs.

I just think it is shameless on the part of MSN.com to post such an obvious personal attack on the people listed just to help Obama.  Talk about journalistic integrity getting flushed down the toilet. While I read the story I asked myself “how could this story have any importance in light of current challenges?”  Mr. Limbaugh has spoken of his ordeal with this issue many times.  I do not think there is a great social problem with conservative radio talk shows and hypocrisy.  Therefore, the only link I could find for the story appearing today is a blatant attempt by Obama supporters to try and help their candidate win, no matter how low they sink.

I don’t see how this is going to help Obama.  Furthermore, I think the election is for Mr. McCain to loose.  The big talk now is about vice-president candidates.  Mr. Rommey’s name is being mentioned.  To this I say, when Mr. Rommey was  running for the presidency I was one of his harshest critics.  I have stated the only religious test I have is that the candidates “belief system” not be in conflict with mine.  Again, I state the Mormon belief that Christ is the brother of satan is a direct conflict with my “belief system”.

However, it is not my intent to fight this war again.  I see the McCain candidacy belonging to all those who support him.  Mine is only one voice.  I know that the coalition of support for McCain will have to come together and form a “ticket” that has the greatest chance of success.

I do believe it is mistake that McCain choose Rommey as his running mate.  If one will notice, it was right after that McCain gave the appearance of a Christian conservative that McCain’s poll numbers increased. Choosing a person who many Christians will not support runs the risk of loosing McCain support.

It is my contention that Mr. McCain should choose his twin.  If strict conservativeness increased support for McCain, then it stands to reason that the VP for McCain should be a strict conservative.  Only a person who has held his conservative beliefs for the majority of his life can be called a “strict conservative”.

Today, when I was meditating on the preparation for this article I asked myself “is Mr. Rommey overtly  religious?”  The question has significance because if Mr, Rommey can state that his “belief system” will not cloud his judgement, then maybe I can be comfortable with him as vice president.  Better yet if I can be confident that his religion would not cloud his judgement, I could be okay with him as VP.

However, on my way home from my business day I reminded myself that I see the inability to be taken in by a cult as a serious mental flaw.  I say this as a student of human psychology and a thinker and a philosopher.  People in cults are followers, not free thinkers. The modern day philosophy is that success has some how punished people.  Therefore, I ask, “where is the evidence that Mr. Rommey will not follow the political winds of the day and try to influence social policy in favor of people who manage their lives badly and away from those who are personally responsible and by investing in them selves invest in America?”

Well I don't think Mccain had the answers before hand although he could have but I really don't think so.. Mccain won that forum and there is no doubt about it.. But you shouldn't be worried about that one negative attack against Mccain.. I mean that is all Mccain can do in this election... He is really playing his dirty cards correctly and running a good campaign.. I just hope when it is all said and done Obama is the one standing..
