When I first starting contributing opinions to this web blog site I told myself that I would not post Christian articles.

The main reason is the opposition. To many are ready to be passionately animated the second they hear God’s name being mentioned.

In addition, I know God has done everything possible to get His message out. Therefore, you do not need me to tell you something God Himself has already told you.

After all what would I gain, but to add to your skepticism of religious people? Therefore, I will tell you that I am convinced that it is within our power to have the life we want.

Moreover, since I am concerned about the direction of individuals I will continue to write with hope that you will be encouraged to make that critical change in your life that will allow you to feel good.

My concern here today is helping. I hear a lot of criticism, but very little true contributions to the challenges that are facing us in life.

I have spent the last week substitute teaching and today I realized that all of us criticize today’s children, but how many of us are willing to volunteer as a tutor.

The area I live in needs a lot of help in the public schools. Like, many people, individuals in public education suffer from bad attitude, the residue of a dissatisfied life, and life’s pressures.

Therefore, I speak to those who criticize education and to those who are in teaching but have turned their back on their students.

These young people need us to help them learn the skills they will need to meet the challenges they will have in their adult lives.

On two occasions, I have subbed for classes that had their original teacher out for a while. During the teachers’ absences, there have been numerous subs filling in for the regular teacher.

This had led to inconsistency in teaching and no actual teaching at all. The students get dittos to do and turn in at the end of class.

I believe this wrong. Teachers, if you have been out more than three days and expect to continue to be out, think of your students and get in touch with another teacher that can manage tour class during your absence.

Those of you who have given up on your students remember that the students are not responsible for the conditions you are living.

Students do behave like children. I think the reason is that they are children. I always challenge myself not to let their attitude get the better of me. Sometimes it is hard but I have noticed once students see that I am not a hard case they move on and do their work.

If you cannot change your spirit to one where you can start being proud of the work you do in education and start helping children learn, then consider making a change in your career.

Moreover, to all the living room philosophers who criticize education why not instead of sitting there being proud of your own arrogance do you not register to vote and vote?

Someone once showed me a quote that read along the lines of “ Any fool can offer and opinion and most do”. I wonder what that person was trying to tell me.

Well any way I just wanted to share with you my concern for all the public school students that are caught in the middle of disinterested citizens and ambitious politicians.

I see them as good kids that just someone to care enough to help them.

I'm not anti-christian, or a religious zealot..So don't take this the wrong way,
but can anyone make this kinda material Not sound like overly pious religious preaching?
If so, their charisma will rule the world..

It's just the way everything comes across..Maybe it's the topic itself..But it always sounds the same, like you're all a part of the same religion propaganda board and get the same memos and just paraphrase to use dummies. LOL

Sorry, Jesse.
