The nuclear threat from North Korea and Iran and the actions of Syrian leadership are giving the perception that American security is at risk.
Iran and North Korea could sell their nuclear technology to terrorist or use nuclear weapons against America themselves.
It appears the people reporting on these issues want the American government to attack these countries.
I say be patient, be exact about the price for attacking or supporting an attack on US citizens, apply economic sanctions, and respond with a nuclear attack on military targets of countries that attack the USA or support an Attack on the USA.
By being patient, I mean do not engage in the rhetorical give and take that is reported in the news media every day. I cannot see how calling people names like “axis of evil” and implying threats against them can be productive.
In addition, I do believe that people who are planning attacks should know that the price is going to be USA launching missiles with nuclear warheads at them.
Mutual assured destructions used to work to keep the USA and USSR from launching nuclear warheads at each other. In reality, if everybody launches their nuclear warheads and sets off their dirty bombs no one is going to be left.
I hope countries that sponsor terrorist and/or practice terrorism are fully aware of the potential American response.
I have not heard the president tell North Korea that if they were to use their nuclear weapons against the USA, America would launch nuclear warheads at them.
Moreover, why are we trading with countries that obviously have an ill will towards us? The USA should rethink her trading partners.
The first relationship that should be evaluated is America’s economic relationship with Saudi Arabia. I believe that a part of the profits of oil producing countries goes towards funding terrorism.
In my opinion, every time Americans go to the pump they are making a financial contribution to terrorist organizations. I see money trail like this: Part of what a person pays for gas goes to Middle Eastern countries. Government leaders who control oil production in some of these Middle Eastern countries donate part of their profits to terrorist organizations. Therefore, it is conceivable that Americans are funding some of the terrorists that have plans of attacking them.
Okay. This is my opinion blogger. I have no actual proof that oil-producing countries are funding terrorism. However, I have heard on several newscasts that the American government is concerned about this and that country being to lenient on would be terrorist.
I do not believe we should be trading with the enemy. To me China’s lack of respect for human rights is wrong. However, many of the products on the shelves of American stores are made in China.
We need to become shoppers with a conscious and not purchase products made in countries that do no reflect our standards and that have ill intentions towards the US of A.
Greedy people want to gain. I would say that most of what we see in the news media about problems between nations has to do with one country desiring what the other country has and this other country trying to defend herself.
The leaders of Iran, Syria, and North Korea are not foolish enough to jeopardize their livelihood. No one is that crazy.
Moreover, for the terrorist organizations training in the shadows with in a countries border but with out the support of the country they are in, we need to rely on governmental departments of Home Land security.
I believe that we should not allow travel between countries that are being problematic to the US of A. Americans do not go to these countries and their residents of these countries are not permitted to travel to the United States of America.
The rest is Home Land security personnel patrolling America, conducting investigations, and making arrest.
In addition, Congress and the President need to allow elite military teams to infiltrate and execute members of terrorist organizations.
It is unfortunate that we find ourselves in these trying days. Life would be great if every person could respect every others person’s privilege to dream and build with those dreams.
The reality is that there are many people with little or no regard for human life. We see it in the Sudan, China, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Palestine, North Korea, and many other places.
I do not believe a person would be successful in peace negotiations with ruthless people. For terrorists there is no profit in peace.
We who are free to dream and build quality legacies with our dreams are obligated to win the battle. The hope of humanity rest in the hands of good and morally upright people, who are prepared to defend life with their last breath.
I do not see what is happening around the world as a game. I am smart enough to see how business people and politicians create chaos.
However, the question to me today is are we going to allow people who desire to subjugate life to succeed.
In America, we have a privileged position. This position is having a conscious. There are many problems in this country. However, the majority of people have a fair sense of justice.
Let us not throw away our common sense. We have options. Every time we make a purchase, we can choose to buy American friendly products or not. We have the ability to become informed. In addition, we can control our emotions so we do not fuel the mob’s cries for war.
There is an appropriate time for war. I continue to support Mr. Bush in the actions he has taken in Iraq.
Then there is the time to fight a smart war. Depriving ruthless leaders a profit and informing them that we will respond in the same manner we are treated is a smarter war.
