Through the devastation of hurricane Katrina I have learned several things. The first thing I learned was how far people have really moved from God. I became aware of the hurricane listening to Fox News station on AM radio. First, let me say I consider these late night commentators trying to prove aliens exist a compete waste of time. I get home from my business feeling as if I accomplished nothing. Now, I realize that at least I am not hiding from life by searching for, ghost, monst...

It may appear like insanity has taken over, but it has not. The news media, in my opinion, shines the light on issues they believe will given them audience for the commercials they run during news programs. It is a business and like all businesses, it needs to make money. In addition, it is a business with, in my opinion, many liberals working in it. Furthermore, I think that these liberals have a specific agenda of homosexual marriages, abortion support, and fixing social problems wi...

I am not a supporter of evolution. I do have a Bachelor of Science. I would like an evolutionist to explain to me a fossil they bug up. It is of dinosaur print, a trilobite, and a human foot. If the trilobite was extinct before the dinosaur and the dinosaur was extinct before the human being how do evolutionist explain this fossil that has the trilobite and the human foot print on the dinosaur print.

Romance leads to things we rarely ever think about. Few people think about parenthood and spousal hood when they are daydreaming about the perfect mate. Our first encounter with romance is when we are around 8 and 10. At this age, we play games about having a boyfriend or a girlfriend. These are only games and we have no awareness about our emotions or the other person’s emotions. Then we enter in to our first crush. This is probably the first time we become aware of the emotion of ...

Nationality is not an illness that incapacitates. I am writing this article to respond to news report that the National Democratic Party Chairman is accusing the republicans of preparing to make immigration an escape goat in the next presidential elections. Let me first state my background. I was born in the city of Juarez, which is in the state of Chihuahua, in the country of Mexico. Since I was four years old, I have lived the majority of my life in El Paso, Texas, USA. Further...

Fighting for control. Well are you a mature person who can contribute to a healthy marriage? Why do people fight for control? The invisible emotional issues that make people fight for control were acquired during the developmental process. Okay let me define the issue. On this article, I am addressing people who spend their time needling their mate over petty issues. Both men and women suffer from this problem. In addition, it causes a lot of strife and turmoil. The autonomic ...

ONLINE SHOPPING Link The perfect life is one where you are in tune to the reality of life. It is great to dream. However, trying to fulfill your dreams when the environmental resources are not there leads to frustration and disillusion. In my opinion, what makes life difficult is the battle between unexplainable emotions and current philosophy. We all have an idea about our position in life. Sometimes we find ourselves without the spirit to invest the necessary energy to succeed...

Innocent until the news media makes you appear guilty by repeating over and over allegations against you. Today, Mr. George Bush posted the American ambassador to the United States of America. The news media I observed could only keep mentioning that Mr. Bolton has criticized the United Nations and that he has been accused of abusing his authority in relation to his subordinates. I used to think you were innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. As far as Mr. Bolton’s critic...

Neither, unfortunately, time nor personal patience allows me to hone the message I am trying to give in this blog. I can tell you that I believe we all have a major responsibility to protect the integrity of life. This means been aware of what is going on around us and getting involved. The best way to get involved is to register to vote and vote. Abortion is wrong. Detracting from the human spirit with government dependency is wrong. It may appear hopeless. However, if it does...

Real Love What is real love? Well I see love as an emotion. Ironically, as much as it is important, it is also a hard emotion to describe. Emotions like anger, joy, or happiness are easy to understand. However, romantic love is hard to describe. I would say we know we have this love for another person when we think of that person and we are overwhelmed by a god emotion we cannot describe. Of course, in the interest of correctness, I have to qualify some terms. I am actually ...

Roe V Wade shuold be overturned. In our present day society we have a lot of inofrmation and resource to reduce the risk of pregnancy. We have also seen how a liberal sex life has its consequences. Back in the mid 1980's we started hearing about a disease that attacked a person's immune system. This attack led to a person being susceptible to all types of illness that could take his or her life. Through out this twenty-year debate people have become aware of the need for safe sex...

If you are going to give a message to people, you have to have a message to offer. However, though I see people in a crisis, I have nothing to say. Whom am I kidding? I always have something to say. In addition, I do have a sense that people do have joy in their life and that is good enough. I know it would be great if all people had joy, but that may be too much to ask for. After all some people just want to be miserable. However, the real problem is that we are moving forward ...

The future may bring more dissatisfaction with life. It can also bring about peace and tranquility. I am writing this article with the thought of what should be the individual life goal in the modern world. This is important because in order to get somewhere you have to know where you want to go. For a while I have been concerned that our modern world tells people that they must become a college graduate and purchase a certain standard of living. This concerns me because there seems to be...

We really need to stop listening to politicians. They speak with intent to get votes. With this intent in mind, they will say what ever they want. Moreover, most people have enough common sense to make good decisions. Where we get in trouble is when the news media starts pulling on our heartstrings by focusing on social interest stories. The stories I am talking about are social security, crime and punishment, teenage pregnancies, illegal drugs, political corruption, education, healthcare...

The Big Lie If a person came up to you in the street, confronted you with a gun, and told you to give him all your money, you would call him a criminal. When politicians tell the American people that social security is their best bet a secure retirement they are perpetrating a worse crime than getting rob on the street. The return of your social security investment is miserable. You take a thousand dollars and invest it for 45 years you are going to come out with more than $600 a month ...
