Different levels of human activity contribute to the peace and tranquility we all enjoy. Crazy driving behavior, sour looks on customer service people, irrational debates about politics with co-workers, and overall international human condition can drain our energy or inspire us. The previous conditions are the reason we all need to grow up and become better neighbors to one another. The way the world is going presently I think the greates threat to humanity is the amount of animosity t...

The conversation on stress reduction therapy begins with lifestyle. Since work is a reality of life, it makes better sense to organize our day around our work schedule, then to try to cram in as much as possible before we go to sleep. I try to go to sleep one hour after I get home from work. Then when I wake up I do what I need to do around my home, like laundry, cleaning, and doing some shopping. There are 24-hour wal-marts and the Internet never closes. The point is to have a good...

Yes I am on a crusade. It is my hope that people are inspired to take ownership of their mental health. I think it is a tragedy that people are suffering in light of all the information that exist in our world today. In addition I know the truth concerning God and salvation. Through everything I have seen and studied I can affirm that the God mentioned in the King James Bible is one true God and accepting His son, Jesus Christ, as your lord and savior is the only road to everlasting li...

With this article, I can deal with two issues. The first thing on my mind is to continue in my effort to speak on issues of health. Therefore, I will give my quick course on how our human nature is created. I am not a person who discounts God’s hand in our creation. I know He made us with the necessary ability to understand and learn. Through an interaction with elements of our environment, we develop our attitudes, perceptions, ideas, and suppositions. As we receive information, w...

Our ugly truth is that we have become very cruel people. Most of us are anti-neighbor. We are constantly looking for flaws in other people so we can condemn them. In addition, we practice the science of dirty and judgmental looks. I state this points because before we can begin to live a better life we have to be willing to see our true nature. All of us have serious problems. Only you know what your behavioral challenges are in your life. It is my hope that you have an honest int...

Personal health begins with spirituality. I define spirituality as the positive human energy that comes from a healthy relationship with God. I identify God as the creator of everything who has revealed himself to us through His word which is documented in the original King James Bible. I highly encourage everyone to assess their spiritual direction and come to terms about serving Him or not. The next issue in perosnal health is diet. We have to eat the right things in order for our bod...

This article is on getting beyond the hurt from having someone play with your emotions. All of us at one time or another invest in someone that is not capable of returning our sentiment. This hurts when it ends. At times, being in the relationship is abusive itself. The results can range from anger to major depression. These feelings are normal. The secret is to realize one very important fact. Their inability to love us does not mean that we are not loveable. All it means is that th...

Greetings, I hope everyone is fine. Today I meditated on a lot. The thought that I would like to share is a question. I am curious about how many people are actually in control and able to make decisions that effect their lives in a positive manner and how many people feel that no matter how hard they try life is always getting in the way. I ask this questions because I do believe that evil and Godly forces are at work in our lives. In addition, the realization that most pepole are j...

Today I was listening to NPR in the morning. It was all about the democrats. To this I say that I do not see any constructive evidence that states what specific issues these democratic canidates for the 2004 presidential race support and which ones they are not in favor of. Not only that. No one person is going to make great change. If a democrat is elected, he will face a republican congress. Moreover, I do not think that a perosn should get elected just because he can bash the curren...

What stands between men and women is their fear. This is a fear of not knowing what to do. The reason this fear exist is that the messages we get from many sources in the world only give a superficial look at relationships. This look is one of working, paying bills, making children, and living together in the same home. When we finally get into a marriage, we find ourselves lacking the abilities to live a true emotional experience with our spouse. I know I jumped ahead. Well I mean...

Greetings, I know I haven't written in a while. However, I just wanted to tell you that even though I am going through hard times (again) I feel incredibly inspired. This is why I am writing to day. I want to tell you that if you should be going through difficulties there is someone that can help you. That person is you. We choose our spirit. In additioin, we choose our emotions. We can either be positive and happy or something else. Now I can also say that I have learned that G...

Certain qualities should be common among people. An interest in each others welfare should be one of these qualities. I am not saying that we have carry each others burdens, just that we should help each other out. Life does have its quality. In order for us to live a peaceful life, we all have to willing not to cause each other trouble. I believe this is a major problem in America. To many of us act like little spoiled brats. Sometimes this results in tragedy for many. Unfortunat...

Today I can do no better than to pay tribute to an American hero. "I Have A Dream" by Martin Luther King, Jr, Delivered on the steps at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. on August 28, 1963. Source: Martin Luther King, Jr: The Peaceful Warrior, Pocket Books, NY 1968 Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been sea...

The news medias reports on the actions of people may bring discontent and anger to our hearts. I personally stop and take note when I hear a news report of another Palestine suicide bomb in Israel. I am also rather concerned about the terrorist actions of militant muslins. However, I do not believe that all people in a culture share the same heart or passion for violence as those that act violently. I have confidence that the average person just wants to lead his or her life without ...

When I first starting contributing opinions to this web blog site I told myself that I would not post Christian articles. The main reason is the opposition. To many are ready to be passionately animated the second they hear God’s name being mentioned. In addition, I know God has done everything possible to get His message out. Therefore, you do not need me to tell you something God Himself has already told you. After all what would I gain, but to add to your skepticism of religious pe...
